Don't you ever want to...

April 19, 2016 by Jeff Hennie

Just quit? Then don't take up full time camping. Something is always breaking and every system has a malfunction regularly. Its a a pain in the ass, like my fridge,  but we move on and overcome adversity. We had to fix the dog too. The trails are so sharp and rocky that Zekes city paws got annihilated. We had to medicate them and now he is sentenced to booties for life. He is getting used to them, but there is still a learning curve each time. Its hilarious. The desert spring is something special. Check out the little cactus bloom we found at lunch the other day. Biggest little cactus bloom in AZ. The top pic is an ocotillo bloom. I am telling you the spring blooms in the desert are incredible. Oh, the cone is so he doesn't lick his sore paws when the boots are not on. This was a cross section of both forms of torture. Update, his paws are 90%  and he is getting used to the boots, sort of.
