Glacier. The headwaters of North America. West Entrance.

The fishing is free in Glacier so I took full advantage. Got skunked though. Likely because that huge osprey kept diving in my fishing hole and stealing all the choice rainbow trout!

The water in Glacier is pure The waters here flow through out the North American Continent, Making it truly the headwaters of NA. All of the rivers and lakes run cold and fast and impossibly green. Glacier is spectacular. We saw plenty of glaciers even though the propaganda at the visitor promised they would all be gone by 2020. Unless we crank up the heat all the way, thats not likely any time soon.
